my dwarf neon, has this white mark on its side near its fin, it started out as a spot, which I did try and heal, but it has now turned into this, she's still eating fine, acting normal but not sure what to do with it or what it is any advice

It looks like a tumour. How long has she had it for?

Try doing a 75% water change and grave clean the substrate, then add 2 heaped tablespoons of salt per 20 litres of water. If you only have livebearers and rainbowfish, you can increase that to 4 heaped tablespoons of salt for every 20 litres of tank water.
Keep the salt in there for a couple of weeks.

Make sure they get plenty of plant matter in their diet.

Probably around a month now, 2 weeks of a spot and 2 weeks like this, I have done plenty if the water changes and gravel cleans over this time,

I dont just have rainbow and live livebearers, I have Cory's and a betta

The betta was ony meant to be temporary but ended up staying due to me nortbeing able to get another tank due to UK lockdown

Just use 2 heaped tablespoons of salt per 20 litres because of the Cories and Betta.
