Okay all my plants are doing better the fuzz algae growth seems to have slowed down now of course I have another problem. My Amazon Swords are starting to turn white and sometimes transparent. Now I've read around and appearently I have a calcium deficiency. One of swords is totally white they don't appear to be turning brown though. So any ideas?

add a small ammount of multi nutrient liquid fertaliser.

something like kent botanic "Grow" it has small ammounts of all nutrients so whatever your plants are short of will be contained in it.

dont over do it though too much is worse than not enough.

Well I think I have the entire line of Seachem. I haven't really been adding that much of Flourish, but I read the ingredients and it has Calcium in so I added a little more than I usually do.

it could also be iron (FE). check it has that in it as well.

your looking for cheleted (sp?) iron content (ie water soluble i think)

Yah, as far as I have read there is a toxic Iron then there is Iron that is used for plants. So as far as I know there is. I'm going to be picking up some more plant tabs today and going to put a couple more near the plants so maybe that will help.
