Which of these plants will need root tabs?

Ambulia, ludwigia repens, dwarf sag, crypt wendtii, rotatable rotundiifolia, and juncus repens. Will any of these not need root tabs, or should I just give them to all of them? I will be dosing a liquid fertilizer as well. Substrate is sand.

None are heavy root feeders but all will benefit so just space the tabs around a few inches apart across the substrate

The main plants that like root tablets are sword plants, Aponogetons and Crytpocorynes. However, crypts will be fine with liquid fertiliser only.
