What's Wrong With My Fish?

My male DT had some sort of episode today. He got in with my other male for only a few second and I moved him back, then a few seconds later he was rapidly swimming in circles and seemed stuck swimming in circles... After about a minute he stopped and is now resting at the top of the tank breathing very heavily.. To me it almost looked like a seizure but I'm not sure if that's even possible

I accidentally whacked my betta during a tank cleaning, and he went spastic for a few seconds, and then motionless as if he was dead, but with very heavy breathing...or, I suppose, very rapid gill movement, since he was not at the surface.  He basically had a cow for a few minutes, then recovered as if nothing happened. Is your betta doing better yet?

Yes he's looking better now, weird. He's a strange fish anyway. I just felt bad for the guy when I saw him in a petstore and took him home a few months ago, I've never been a big DT fan.
