1 or 2 would be enough. The skin will come off by itself if you squish the pea. I will supply instructions with pictures tomorrow or Saturday.

From the pics I see a quite healthy / bit overfed maybe female Corydoras C.aeneus albino. The breastskute can be more or less pronounced and I think it.is full of eggs.
