Whats Wrong With My Angelfish?

Hey, i have a group of 5 platinum angels all about 3 inches tall. I fed them about an hour ago (frozen bloodworm) and have just noticed that on 2 of them there is a big red lump on there anus. Have they overeaten or something? heres a couple of pics, sorry there not the best quality:
 

 

 
Its harder to see on the 2nd one but it is there lol. It doesnt seem to be bothering them though

i think its just a killer poo, its about 2cm on one of them now. Not 100% sure though

well its not good... it looks like the intestine came out of the fish... i would stop feeding and see if it goes away... 
it could be caused with over feeding by looking at the roundness of the stomach, unless it is female and she is going to lay her eggs soon... but with what is sticking out of her, stop feeding for a few days.. it wont hurt the fish at all

Looks to me like a prolapse, but I don't really know what to suggest other than keep your water pristine and hold of feeding as BerryAttack advised, and maybe try some peas after you've fasted her for a few days. Is there anyway you could quarantine her, just so that she doesn't have any of the other fish bothering her? Last thing she'll need is the extra stress from the other angels.

Just to let you know he/she made a full recovery about 3-4 days ago and is now eating again  
It kept out of the way the whole time it was hanging out but yeah now i full of energy

I was told by my lfs to put it in frozen, could that have been what caused it?
