Whats This?

ok well i was observing my fish tank today and noticed that 2 of my tiger barbs have abit of their fin, the one under their tail, missing. I looked closer to notice one of them have red in the fin too and i mean proper red like blood. the edges of the rains of fin is white and it doesn't seem to be annoying the fish or making it behave any different way.
Does anyone have any idea what it is? Could it be fin rot?

sounds like they have had their fins nipped and have got a secondary bacterial infection.
treat with melafix, but perform a 20-30% water change first.

it might be fungus and if available try Pimafix

it treats symptoms of Reddening of Fins and Body
