What type of tetra is this?

I canā€™t seem to Id this type of tetra. Is it a color variation of an ember tetra? It has the fin structure of an ember or a glow light yet a line in it like an emperor. Really cool fish just want to know more! Itā€™s pretty hard to get a clear picture haha

Simply because it ain't a tetra... ;)
As already stated overhere, it's a cherry barb. Nowadays the scientific name is "Puntius titteya" and formely known as "Barbus titteya". They're neat fish and are suitable to be kept outdoors during the better months of the year.
