Hello everyone

Iā€™ve got 10 of these fish from my LFS the other day. Iā€™m not sure what they are, they look a bit like Molly/Limia but the shape isnā€™t completely the same. The coloration reminds me of Phalloceros or Gambusia but the shape isnā€™t the same either.

At some other forum they couldnā€™t determine what they were, what do. You guys think?

Hi again, I've already gave my vision on this topic at the dutch forum. Yes, when we only look at the pattern, we've already mentioned Limia vittta, Phalloceros caudimaculatus reticulatus and mosquito fish (Gambusia affinis or Gambusia holbrooki). The problem with those are, that the bodyshape does not equal these fish. So, we can rule those fish out. And I'm already trying to see what species these fish might be. But yes, they are livebearers. That's the only thing we've agreed on already.
If you'd live closer, I'd say I'll take a peek in person. For I'm curious as well.
I'm getting stuck on swordless Xiphophorus sp. or Ataeniobius sp.
Oh, no... not one of these two for sure.
