What temperature is ideal for cherry shrimp? Now that the weather is getting hotter the temp is rising. it was consistant at 75F or 24C. Now it is at 82F or 28C. That seems way to high to me.

I don't know about shrimp, don't have any, but it would be easier to google it.

Tek oot.

Cherry shrimp will be fine at 28 degrees cel, tho 26 or 24 would be better. Cherry shrimp are easy going. It's the crystal and bee shrimp that don't handle high temps.

Generally, the warmer the temperature the fast they breed but their life span is shorter. The cooler the water, longer life slower breeding.

Crystals are best in an unheated tank, and Cherries are fine too...as long as it doesn't get TOO cold (say below 14C). Amanos can handle cold water as well.
