This is very typical since your mature fish is already mature used to the tank and probably has a size advantage too. It would be worth trying to remove the older one for a while, rearrange the tank a bit, and then put him back. With some luck the aggression will be passable (there will be some aggression regardless) as things are sorted out, but hopefully you'll end up with a pair out of it (and then you need to get rid of the remaining to fish). No matter what though, if the fish are showing signs of too much stress, if they are at the top of the water or in a corner showing clamped fins and heavy breathing, or if they are developing injuries, then you will need to interfere.though i have a older crib she seems to be bullying them all
