What plant is this? Can I plant it in gravel or attach it to bogwood? Thanks

Kinda looks like a sword of some sort, plant it in the gravel, a root tab would benefit it.
 
Can you post a picture of it out of the bag?   The leaves look like they might be variegated, but it's hard to tell from the pic.
 
Here's a Pic of it out the bag, is it easy to maintain and should I gravel it or attach to bog

Sort of looks like a white ribbon which is not aquatic. Does it have a thick, stiff stalk?

It was sold as an aquatic plant... It had been growing in the pet store tank for months...
 
Agreed, it's not aquatic.  It looks like a type of dracaena.
 
It will rot in your tank, it's not an aquatic plant but actually a Dracaena sp. it is commonly sold but this one and the red/green variety would be more at home in soil on your windowsill.

I'd take it back if you can as it won't last and will pollute your tank.
