What Plant Is This?

I thought it was Amazon Sword but I think I am wrong as it is growing outwards rather than upwards like most photos I see of Amazon Sword.
 
I am sure its a simple one as it seems pretty common:

Looks like an echinodorus "barthii" to me, they seem to grow like this occasionally, not really sure why. All the ones I've had do this suddenly throw up the more traditional looking leaves later on. Probably a nutrient glitch or a light seeking thing.
