What Kind Of Plec Is He He ?

Hi

I had this plec for about 8 month the Lfs said it is a Venezuelan L plec ? Paid £ 35 for him. Can somebody confirm this or tell me his real identity!!!!

Hi Tom

He is about 7 inches. I don't think it's an L174 or L224. When we first got him he was a light grey with dark spots now he is getting bigger the colour is changing to a brown/yellow.

Tempted to say its a Hypostomus punctatus but I'm not too sure

I was just going to say ask smithrc, but nevermind. Check Planet Catfish and try do find your plec on there, it might take a bit of work but if you want to know, then it's worth it...
