What is wrong with my plecos?

I bought two plecos and stupidly didn’t quarantine, within a week the whole tank had ich. I decided to treat with heat and salt since I never was successful with meds. About a week later and all my tetras are spot free still flashing a little but looking better but my plecos have gotten worse it went from a few white spots to almost fully covered and they now have almost a yellow tinge .. what is it? I don’t think it’s ich anymore .. their eating habits haven’t changed and I don’t see them flashing at all .. could it just be their colouring where their bristlenose ? I can’t see it but I really don’t know anymore

Hi and welcome to the forum

Do a huge water change and gravel clean the substrate.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Do not add any salt because it doesn't treat white spot.

Keep the water temperature on 30C for at least another week. Post a new picture if it hasn't improved in a day or two.
