My mollie is acting weird for the past few days. Sometimes I find it just standing up straight and doesn’t swim at all. I have a 30 gallon tank with 6 mollies 4 corydorays and a lot of guppy babies.

I would advise you on getting two more corydoras and sand substrate for them. What is your water hardness?
Mollies need very hard water with pH above 7.0 and water hardness of over 250 ppm which is equal to 13-14 dGH.
You can find your water hardness from your local water provider's page.

check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and GH.

make sure none of the other fish are picking on it.
just tested the water parameter. PH is on the higher end of 7.5 ammonia nitrite nitrate seems fine. I do notice my panda lyretail mollie is sort of chasing him. Would this be the problem? I got them for almost a month now and this behavior is just starting now.

stress from bullying is a possible cause assuming water quality and chemistry is correct.

Can you find out the water hardness, please. I have pH 7.4 and soft water so pH is not an indicator of GH. Mollies need hard water which is why we ask for your hardness.

Look on your water provider's website for hardness. If they give it, you need a number and the unit of measurement rather than words.
