What Is This Plant Smaller Than Duckweed

what is this plant it is smaller than duckweed and is just on leaf, is it algae. I found it in some water by my house.

THe WORST PLANT TO EVER HAVE IN YOUR AQUARIUM.. A regular net won't net these out you need a brineshrimp net.
