What is that on my guppies tail??

I've just noticed a lump.on my guppies tail. I've tried to get a picture of it to get a closer look. It's the one with the Red tail

I can’t really see what you are talking about...

Does the bump look like a pimple? Does it look like it’s filled with something?

Lymphocystis is a common viral disease which affects all groups of fish, tropical, cold water, fresh water and marine. It is caused by an iridovirus which causes the host cells to become greatly enlarged. It affects the skin and the fins including the tail of the higher ray finned fishes.
 
Guppies also look pretty lean and skinny, makes me wonder if they might have internal parasites too.
