What Fish?

im near completing my planted aquarium, although my water has a ph of 7.6 i was wondering what kind of fish would be suitable to keep in this kind of water, as im not sure, bit of a newbie, need some advice

Most of the standard trops will be fine in a pH of 7.6; more important is the hardness and the size of the tank.

ahhh right thats good news then thankyou for that , i dont have any test kits for hardness at the moment, what is the ideal hardness, if there is one that is ?
