What Fish Can I Keep In A 28L?

Hi,want to keep some interesting fish in my 28l ,any suggestions please?

I'm assuming you are taking about the Fluval Chi. Shrimps and crabs is ok in those. Honey gouramis will need some air space above the water as they come up to take gulps of air. Maybe a betta? A few corys?

I think cories are too big; I suppose the pygmy ones might be alright. Ember tetras look lovely if it's very well planted; or dwarf emerald rasbora, celestial pearl danios or chilli rasboras are all nice too.
