Big hello to everyone.
Well this is my tank, juwel vision 180.
What do you think? Anything I could do to make it look better?

That looks great, I really like that.
The way the plants set the wood off is brilliant.

Very nice tank.

Just one suggestion, how about a small bushy plant in the middle of the two pieces on the left ? Just stood out as a bit bare there for me.

But as i said very nice tank with very healthy looking polants.

I love the black substrate - is it pettex roman gravel?

Looking great, but i would have the bogwood off centre so it looks more natural.

I'll shall take your advice on board and call the LFS and get a plant for in between the bog wood.
We did have the wood off centre but it didn't look as good IMO

Substrate was "black gravel" from pets at home-it was the cheapest I could find!

All you get drawn to is the wood though when it is in the middle. Maybe when it has a few plants grown over it it will be less noticeable.

Yup, I'd move the would a 1/6 to the left or right so it is 1/3 in from one side, it will conform to some extent to the golden ratio that way.

I have to agree with Minnt and SBS, however, it is your tank and you do what you want with it. I have also spied some 'mondo grass' at the back, which is a non aquatic plant. It will eventually rot and produce ammonia spikes.

Yes it is definately your tank and you do what you want mate. If you prefer it in the middle then go for it mate.

the mondo is on the back left. It could be replaced by some Vallis, if you wanted a grass looking plant

Yep, vallis will make a great substitute and should grow really well and thicken up and send off some runners!

Haha-the mondo is the only fake plant in the tank.
