What Do I Feed Trumpet Snails

I have recently introduced 2 Trumpet snails into my 5 week old aquarium. There is very little if any algea in there so what should i feed them.

You can give them algae wafers

they will seriously eat anything that fish don't

You could, but I don't think it has as much nutritional value as the wafer. I could be wrong though. Zucchini/Courgette would be better than the cucumber.

I dropped in an algea wafer.. All the fish eat it. Not quite my plan as i am limiting how much i feed the fish while i get through a cycle. Snails liked them as well

Yeah some fish like them too! I have a mystery snail so I just pick him up and put him on the wafer to make sure he gets some. He also likes the shrimp pellets I give my corys. Hope it's okay for me to share a pic! Nomnomnom
