What Cichlid Is This?

Found him in my lfs amongst fish he shouldn't be with so I took him home to decide if I can keep him or re house him for his best chance of a good life

A bit of a coincidence, I have just answered on another thread about a cichlid that looks remarkably looks like this and could be a Taiwan Reef Cichlid, a juvenile.
