well i have no idea what my plant is doing but in it seems to be loosing all colour on its leafs and then looks just like string this only seems to happen on 1 of my plants (even though i have 2 of the same kind)

i know its probably not explained well but if needed i will get a picture

Its called "melting".

What causes it? Is there a way to fix it when it's started or is that plant done. And how do I stop it on anymore

Oh, no.  The plants are just acclimating to their new environment.  Most of the time the existing leaves will "melt" away and the stem will then put out new leaves after that.  Its normal.  In general, just vacuum out the leaves that have melted off and leave the stem there.  If the stem goes brown or black, then the plant is dead.  Take your time before closing the case though. A plant that you think is finished can surprise you.

A lot of plants are grown out of the water and when they are later submerged into the tank, they need to replace their leaves.  Its normal, its natural, and the plant isn't dead.

To add to that any new growth is good and if there are roots chances are its already got a better chance of survival.
