What are these ?

Those are bamboo sharks, a real shark not a catfish and a marine fish too. Those look like freshly hatched babies, the adults attain a length of about 3 feet or so.

Are there similar fish that only grow to 10-12" ? Or have I seen these before and thought they were adult
