Didnt elvis die from eating too many sandwichs similar to that one, it was like a zillion calories

I have no idea of the calories in that sandwhich and don't really care either.
the OP asked for Weird/oddball But Yummy Recipes and this is mine.

a chutney (UK spelling) or chatni in Urdu or Hindi is a spicy condament
often used in Indian dishes as a side dip for pompadoms, it comes in many flavours from coconut to onion.
my fav is mango, which is made from unripened mangos and has a nice zing to it. :good:

Fresh hot buttery white toast with a thick spread of peanut butter then covered in hot hot hot baked beans with salad cream on top

also.....make up some supernoodles in a bowl....put a cup-a-soup in the water used to make the noodles then thicken it with instant mash till it goes like a paste

heinz cream of tomato soup with a hot sausage roll and lots of black pepper (not weird but oh so yummy)

blue/rare rump steak sliced thinly and dipped in english mustard with fresh strawberries and thinly sliced tangerine ..(I learned this one in catering college!!! )

I am full of tasty recipes!!

I can assure you the bloodier the steak the better the flavour

Vietnamese weasel coffee, £15 from Selfridges (ooooohhh!!!!)
Ingested then regurgitated by real weasels, apparently it adds to the flavour although it didn't make a great impact on me.
Apparently its traditionally drunk with condensed milk....
I had it black.

Is it beef carpaccio or steak tartar thats just a pile of uncooked, ground steak with a raw egg cracked in the middle?

steak tartare i think

Ian's still looking for a restaurant that serves it so he can try it cos i sure as hell aint serving him a plate of raw meat! lol i'll cook his steaks blue for him but no further than that
