Weeks Holiday Approaching

Hi everyone

I have a 260l co2 injected heavily panted tank.
My photo period is 8 hours and i dose EI using dry ferts.
Iv only been injecting co2 for 3/4 weeks, very successfully so far.

Anyway next weekend im going away for a week.
Iv got the mother inlaw coming round every other day to feed my fish but i dont trust her to dose my ferts.

What should i do?

Im guessing i should....

Turn co2 off
Half photo period to 4 hours a day
And dose macro and micro the day before i go?

Any help apprechiated.

I really dont want to return from my trip to find all my plants dead after all the time n effort iv put in.

why dont you put the ferts in little bags for every day, and tell her how to do it. Or get some liquid fertaliser (which i use)

Ild rather not. She'll only be turning up about 3 days out the week.
My setup needs daily dosing.

Dose the week's worth at once. And yes, turn the co2 off and halve the lighting - sounds great!
