Would any budding young designer out there be interested in designing me a logo and a simple but effective web template with 4 links?
No content is needed as that will be added at a later date, just layout, logo, links and any creative imagery that you decide on,
Other than that there are no special requirements other than the site will be used as a basic info site for a small aquatic business.
