Would it be ok to put a 5000l/h wavemaker in my juwel trigon 190l. I have a lot of rocks in there with cichlids

No, That's insanely overkill for 190L.
 
I had a 2000lph in a 200L tank and it was like a hurricane was kicking off.
 
I wouldn't go past 3000lph for that tank size, Even with cichlids.

Firstly thank you for your reply that's what I have been wanting to know.

I've seen a 2000l/h single that I can aim at the rocks to clear dead spots . What you think?
