Water Test Results - What Do They Mean

I have just got my API freshwater test kit today and i need some help understanding the results

Here they are

Normal PH 7.6
High PH 7.8
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0

I can take it these are good results, do i just carry on with my normal water changes?

Looks good to me, everything is smooth. I say keep on doing normal water changes.

has your tank already been cycled?

there should be a nitrate reading....

Thanks, i must be doing something right

It's gone through the cycle - but the nitrate was yellow and on my colors chart it said 0 next to it - but i will go and double check
