Do i jus use warm water from the tap de clorinized ofcourse or do i use cold sorry if that sounds really dumb... lol

Warm, cold will cause white and other sickness you dont want.

Try to use water which has the same temperature as the tank. Too much difference between the two will send fish into shock.

You try to get it as close to your tank temperature as possible, so it doesn't stress your fish. You might try one of those hanging thermometers to test your temperature before you put it in. Another option is to let your tap water sit out overnight in the same room, that will allow it to adjust closely to your tank temperature.
