Oh heck, don't think we are allowed to do this outside of the classified section

Looking for a nice piece of GSP and might be interested in some pussy coral, what colour is it?

Nice tank, pussey coral is disappointing considering it's name :p. Stunning tank though :good:.

Just a little piece of advice on shipping corals, if you are interested. The best way I have found to ship corals is dry/damp packing. It has a number of benefit and is much better than shipping in water which has a considerably higher mortality and morbidity. What you need is fish bags like the LFS use (2 per frag), paper towels (like you find in public toilets for drying hands), bubble wrap, heat pads and jiffy bag(s).

1) Prepare the frags. Waiting a little while to see if they still health is always best.
2) Put two bags together; one inside the other.
3) Take the paper towel and drip it into aquarium water ( a small cup from from the tank is usually better to prevent contaminating the whole tank if something undesirable is on the towel).
4) Wringe out the excess gently too leave the towel wet but not dripping.
5) Take the frag for shipping and loosely wrap in wet paper towel.
6) Place wrapped frag into bags and tie knot in bag ensuring to catch a small amount of air.
7) Wrap bag with single layer of bubble wrap and tape it securely
8) Repeat for each individual packaged frag.
9) Place frag(s) into jiffy bag.
10) Activate heat pad and place into jiffy bag. One heat pad per jiffy bag is usually sufficient.
11) Finally seal bag and label with address.

All corals should be sent via special delivery (next day). Ideally package and post corals as late as possible, aiming for last collection. This way corals are in the post for no more than 21 hours. Everytime I have followed this it has ended in success with corals opening within first 24 hours of entering new tank. I have recently found further support for this method in a paper by Eric Bourneman on handling and shipping.
Here is the link if you are interested http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-11/eb/index.php. Happy fragging.

Kindest regards

mmmm very interesting article CF, i've also posted corals in small containers of tank water.
It justy seems wrong to post them dry/damp for some reason, but you can't dismiss someone like Eric Bourneman saying its ok.

i would also love some frags but how much alex

Posting frags is a topic a bit like whether bettas should be community or not.

you can and can't
disagree and agree etc...
