Woke up this morning to turn me lights on, and all i get is gleaming red ends, the lights will not light.. fuse is fine, even thought it was the switch so severed that and rewired to the plug.. I still get gleaming red ends..

Is this because the tubes have blown ( even though they emitting a red light at the ends ) or the whole thing is buggerd?

help me pls as do not want the corels etc to suffer.. i have no other way of testing these tubes.

What model of T5's are they? What type of ballasts?
