if they are dying, then i would go ahead and turn up the temp, an treat with a half dose. i know meds and fry don't mix well, but it is better than doing nothing and just letting them die. jmho
I'll Third karrihug advice. I used to keep platys a while back and had a whitespot problem with the fry. Turned up temps to 86 and managed to save nearly all of them.
