Upgraded Tank....looking For Friends For Espei Rasboras

I started with one of the Fluval 46l Edge tanks with 4 Rasboras under a year ago.....they had a few babies (which I guess is a good indication of water quality/cleaning frequency) and so I have got a bigger tank (110 litre)
 
I believe this with give me space for about 28-30 inches of fully grown fish? I currently have 8 Rasboras (some of the tiny tiny babies didn't make it through the gravel cleaning it seems) so I guess I have around 18-20 inches to play with
 
What would be the experienced peoples recommendations for additions that will live happily with the Rasboras?

Is your water hard or soft? From how far away will you mostly be viewing the tank? What kinds of fish do you like?
 
Sorry for all the questions, but rasboras are peaceful and not much trouble, so there are loads of things that you could put with them

it is on the soft side in my area. I guess I'm looking for something bigger than what I have - The Rasboras are nice and active so I guess something that can life along side them but are quite different to look at
