unhealthy looking guppy

This female guppy my girlfriend has looks very depressed. Rarely moves, eats a litte. She doesn't swim around with the other guppies, she just stays in her corner all day.

She doesn't have any physical anomalies, she isn't bloated or anything. Her fins look good. She had babies about a week or two ago so she can't be ready to give birth again.

Would salt or melafix be able to help her?

I think I remember someone posting that tropical fish can get infected ovaries. It might be worth checking with a vet as if this is the case perhaps some antibiotics might help.

What are your test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, add some salt to the tank if you have no scaless fish, if she is pregnant I don't no if it would be advisable to treat with anti internal bacteria med.
