U.s Or E.u Gallons

Hey guys sorry if this sounds really thick but I want to get an Oscar I hear the min tank size is 55 gal is it U.S Gallon or e.u gallon as my tank works out at 60 u.s gal or 52 e.u gal any help would be appreciated

Generally it's US Gallon.

US gallons. I don't think the EU has even heard of gallons, it's a British imperial measurement. The EU has litres.
