We're about to experience the first subzero temperatures this year. -8 degrees tonight, to be exact. Is it me or does anyone else feel cool for being able to keep tropical fish alive and happy just feet away from such extreme conditions? ?

Best time to hunker down with a hot cup of tea or cocoa and watch the fish. Better than cable everyday!

Maybe tomorrow. Tonight It's home-made fries and hotdogs (sounds appropriate somehow). Then we'll do some fish admiraton.

Lol, we had center cut pork chops in an apple sauce with three cheese tortellini tossed with some garlic butter and cole slaw. Now I have dishes, which cuts into my admiration time.

Wow, you don't fool around, do you? I thought we were doing well tonight, now I'm jealous and hungry, BD.

Next to fish my other passion is cooking/baking.

How about some good home cooked Beef Stew for those cold winter nights.

Sounds fabulous. On par with a bowl of ox tail stew and a hunk of buttered cornbread.
