If you like kissing gourami a smaller alternative is the thick lipped gourami and you can get a really nice orange variety which I know is not your colour scheme but still a very pretty fish.
As for black fish, a school of black ruby barbs always look incredible but they are a good tank mate for the orange thick lipped gourami as well. Their face is quite red but their body is jet black, a really really nice fish
A school of Cherry Barbs would go well with the above two as well which again is more of a cherry red but the females are quite pink and slightly coppery in appearance.
Probably the pinkest fish I can think of is the Blind Cave Tetra which again would do really nice in your tank. Also some albino fish are pink - though there are not any true like hot pink fish that I can think of these are more of a skin pink if you know what I mean?
Although saying that I would bet money there are some pink strains of guppies and endlers - though guppies can limit your stocking choices in general but if you stock the tank around the guppies it can be a really nice tank.
Few things to think about there

A few good website resources to check out are tropicalfishfinder and seriously fish - also if you want to check out any catfish a website called planet catfish has to be the best one to check out.
If youve not set the tank up yet you have joined the forum at the best time! Make sure you read all the beginners resource sections in particular the fishless cycle - this is the best piece of advice you will get and you will not get told how to do this in the shop. It takes a while but when you come to add fish its very stress free for you and the fish you keep. Have a read through the fishless cycle and the nitrogen cycle and let us know how you understand it and we can help you work it out

Most members here have done the fishless cycle and have stable established tanks as a result
Hope thats helped
