I need to use one of these ferts but i'm not sure whether I need more Phosphorus and Nitrogen or not.

Basically, if you are follopwing the estimative index method of fertilising, go with just normal PN. If you want an off the shelf fert without adding anything else (except excel) then PN+ will do that.
