I wouldn't be surprised if the fry hatch. Mine were able to get that far in a planted community. Only thing is they are incredibly tiny and need the special live cultured fry foods.

They have hatched now im just up loading a photo now, they are tiny like you say.
 
Im gonna try and get a photo with the Macro so you all can see them properly. The ones i can see are in the red box.

Cant get a better pic than the one on the above post there just to small and cant get the right distance to use the macro.
 
A different male and female bread on saturday managed to get a photo of them wrapping so i thought i would share it with you all.

These one built the nest right next to the glass so i could get quite good pics of the fry.
