Treating Ich w/ an African Clawed Frog in the tank

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new at this so please bear w/ me. I have a 75 gal aquarium and have just discovered that my clown loach has Ich. I've also now see the spots on my oscar and really want to get a jump on treating it. My problem is that I also have an ACF in the tank and am worried about what the treatment, not quite sure if I'm going to use salt or store bought meds, will do to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get this cleared up. Thanks alot.

You will need at whitespot med reads instructions as with loaches sometimes you have to half dose, turn temp up to 30, remove the frog, you could add abit of salt but not much they can tolerate salt in small doses.

i would use a med at half strength for the loaches sake, and the frogs
