Raising temp isnt an option in my tank. The tank atm varies in temp between 23-26. Atm it is at 23/4. I have one Red Tailed shark with Ich the other fish seem to be fine apart from one Bala shark who is clenching his fin.

The RTS DEFINITELY has Ich,

So far ive just been adding table salt to the water twice a day.

How else can i treat it?
Will what i am doing eventually work?

Please help.

I think it was brought in on the new red tail. Is this most likely?

table salt you dont want to be adding that use aquarium salt

or buy some ich treatment

Is it the heater or fish why you can't raise temp.
Salt only works if you raise temp aswell. The salt method dosn't always work.
Also salt depends on which fish you keep. Not all fish tolerate it to well.
Household salt fine in small doses.

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

I would buy a whitespot med. Whitespot can be a fast killer once it infests the gills.
