Topfin Plant Bulbs

So I keep seeing these top fin plant bulbs that has 3 to 4 seed in a little package that is grantee to grow in 30 days. Just drop them in and watch them grow.

My question to anyone who have used, seen or know about it...
Does it work?
What kind if plants are they?
And are they good plants to have at all?

I think that I got these and only one grew the rest never grew at all

I love how they can "garuntee" this without knowing the specifications of the persons tank.

I've never heard of these or seen them. My guess is that they are Aponogeton seeds/bulbs.
