Tiger Lotus care?

Hi, I will be ordering today my 50w heater AND a plant! I decided on getting a Tiger Lotus to add more colours to my tank (other than only green AND green lol), but I have couple of questions regarding their care. Is 10-11w light is alright for them? What kind of fertiliser? What else should I know about them? Or should I just get Java Moss?

They got pretty big for a 33gal. I'd just get the moss. If you want red try L. repens. That'll do well for you.
