Got a question though. I have a little group of my own and I bought them when they were all the same size, about 4cm or so. One of them has grown to about 8cm in a fairly short amount of time while the others haven't grown much at all. Why's that??

No, I wish it was I would be famous. It is not posible to breed clowns in the aquarium, although there are unproven claims of it.

The big one is likely the 'Alpha' and probably eats the majority of the food, try feeding a variety of foods in different areas of the tank to ensure the fish lower down the pecking order get their fair share. Scatter a couple of prawns for each fish in there at once, like on this vid: -
