The Guppy Shuffle

hey guys i just wanted your opinion on my guppy shuffle. for those who have no idea what im on about. my endler guppies and my leopard endlers do this strange shuffle thing where all their fins go out and they sorta bend a bit and vibrate its really wierd its not all of them and not all the time but i wanted to make sure that its nothing to worry about?
