The bug is back

Hi everyone
Used to use this forum years ago but, what with work and one thing and another, got rid of all our tanks.
Used to breed some quality Betta splendens, and also had a reef tank.
Only have a 40g cold water tank at the mo with different coloured White Clouds, Peppered Cory's and an Oranda.
I've just acquired a 20g tank and stand but can't decide what to do???
Was looking at Dwarf Seahorses, another small reef or a South American dwarf Cichlid tank.
When I decide I'll put the progress up.
