I was told I canā€™t get the 55 gallon tank.

so Iā€™m looking at maybe 37 gallon.

Is there a double tank stand that the top will hold 37 gallon, and the bottom will hold a 20 gallon? I canā€™t seem to find one. HELP!

Can't you build your own stand?
Ohhhh ohhh ..... lol. Iā€™m not a carpenter. I mean I could probably find help. But I canā€™t even do the simplest things. I was blessed in the gardening and canning and other aspects. Not building. Lol

You can use cinder blocks and plywood to build a stand! look it up, you can make them pretty fancy!

Looks strong yes. I need one to hold a 37 on top and 20 on bottom.

Find a mechanic or someone who can weld and get them to build a double tier stand for you.

When you make a double tier stand, have at least an 8 (preferably 12) inch gap between the top of the bottom tank and the stand above it. And have the bottom tank at least 12 inches above the ground so you can do water changes and gravel cleans easier.
