i was wondering if i should get a neon 2 put in the tank with my betta i read sumwhere they should hav a smaller fish in their tank with them jus some 1 for them 2 play with i gues but idk . do u guys think this is a good idea

I had Neons go with my bettas all the time. They all get along since they have small tails, but some do nip a lot at the bettas fins so maybe a larger number of neons would lessen the chance of nipping. Try getting small neons at first. I always start with small neons and watch them grow,but I dont think it would make a diffrence if they were small or adult size.

Ya, I have Neons with my females. First off, my females fins are normal sized, and the neons aren't that big.
